What’s Your Favorite Way?

Here’s my favorite way to cook and eat shrimp. I arrange fresh Florida head-off, shell-on shrimp on a cookie sheet, baste with olive oil and sprinkle a little sea salt over them. Then I cook under the broiler until they are pink, about 3 minutes. Turn them over to make sure they are pink on both sides. If not, I broil just a little longer but am careful not to overcook. They are ready to peel and eat and go really well with a side of orzo and a little garden or Caesar salad. YUM!
