Grillin’ & Chillin’

Years ago we had a promotion called “Chill it or Grill it” and it showcased a bunch of different fruits & vegetables that could be served cold or hot with equally delicious results. The other night I was hanging out with some friends in an impromptu gathering. We decided to grill out and boy, was it yummy!
I was in charge of the veggie skewers, so after I cut and combined the different vegetables, I realized that every one of the items are grown in Florida. We had bell peppers, onions, grape tomatoes, zucchini & yellow squash and mushrooms for the skewers (with a little bit of Italian dressing), and cucumbers ready to go into the salad.
