Chanukah is Coming – Celebrate the Old and the New

With the beginning of Chanukah tomorrow, families and friends will gather to celebrate the Festival of Lights. Like with so many traditions, there will be lots of yummy foods throughout the holiday.
Chef Justin has created some great latke (potato pancake) recipes that go well with Chanukah fare while incorporating fresh Florida vegetables with innovative twists on traditional recipes. One of these is Florida Vegetable Latkes, which has zucchini and carrots along with potatoes. They are delicious!
