Fresh from Florida Kids – Sweet Yogurt Dip

As a special treat for your whole family, try our Sweet Yogurt Dip with some fresh fruit like strawberries, melon, mango or blueberries. Kids like to dip things! This recipe is from Fresh from Florida Kids Phase 2, which is geared especially toward your 1- to 2-year old.
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with cut Florida fruit.
Yield 4 servings
As an added flavor twist, puree your favorite fruit and mix into the dip!
