Join Chef Justin as he teams up with Florida outdoorsman Chad Crawford, host of the award winning “how to Do florida” TV series as they go out on the farm for a special Florida cooking extravaganza! It’s How to Cook Florida style, a look at eight amazing recipes that you can try at home using Fresh From Florida ingredients.  Chef Justin and Chad start where great produce begins, in the field, and show you how to cook delicious dishes like or Pan seared Florida grouper with a mango jam to Citrus glazed Gator Ribs and shows you what to look for on your next trip to the market.   So roll up your sleeves and pre-heat your skillet for a special that will sure to leave you full and satisfied with  new favorite go-to recipes using  Florida’s culinary abundance!

    Love the HOW TO DO FLORIDA show and it features my hometown,WAUCHULA, in one segment…Thnx for all the info about Florida and also love to watch Chef Justin do his magic!

    Love this site! Suggestions for pages here and/or segments of the show

    Florida Classic Road Trips (big fan base of classic car owners)

    – could include restaurants, best key lime pie, beaches, parks, etc

    It would be great to share our Florida with others!

    FANTASTIC SHOW!!! Fast. Funny. Informative. We’ll be trying a few recipes soon, definitely tuning in again and are looking into how to get previous seasons now. MORE! MORE!
