Want to impress your family with something special for your Father’s Day cookout?  Swing into your local Costco store and pick up a bag of fresh clams for $10!  That’s $5 off per bag!  This clam promotion is being sponsored by the Bureau of Seafood and will run in Costco Stores from Texas to New England on Father’s Day weekend.  Costco will have more than twice the amount of clams they normally carry in order to supply the potential demand.  Clams will be provided by Cedar Key Aquaculture and other clam farmers across the state.   Look for the “Fresh From Florida” Gulf Seafood logo and help support the Florida seafood industry!

Need a recipe idea?  How about Wine-Steamed Clams?   Enjoy!
