The festival will be held in historic Apalachicola’s Battery Park. This two day event will begin on Friday, November 2nd at 4:00pm with musical entertainment starting at 5:00pm. There will be a parade on Saturday morning at 10:00am and blue crab races start at 1:00pm for children under 12 along with the famous oyster shucking contest. Country star Lee Brice will perform for the crowd at 8:00pm. Food vendors will be there to tempt your taste buds with a variety of fare including fried seafood, oysters, smoked mullet, seafood gumbo, pork sandwiches and of course oyster stew. So come out and enjoy some Fresh From Florida seafood and maybe shuck an oyster or two!
