Fresh on the heels of Strawberry Santa, check out this pictorial on how to create a Florida veggie Christmas tree for your next party. The ingredient list is short for this recipe; broccoli, grape tomatoes, a small yellow bell pepper and a handful of straight pretzels. Wash all of your produce and cut the broccoli into small, bite-size pieces. Slice the bell pepper into slivers, that will become the star on top of the tree. I used the Cool Florida Cucumber Dip for my dipping sauce.
Start forming the tree, start from the bottom and work your way up. Build the tree directly on your serving dish
Working your way up.
Almost to the top.
Fill in any small holes with pieces of broccoli.
Add the tomatoes.
And the pepper for the star.
Pretzels for the trunk.
And there’s your final product. Don’t forget to make the dipping sauce too!
