The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show, which takes place September 7-9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, will feature a “Fresh From Florida” pavilion as part of the Food Trends Experience. Several “Fresh From Florida” companies have signed on to participate, and more are welcome to join the exhibit. The locally-sourced products concept is a continuing trend for the food and beverage industry, and having a pavilion featuring Florida companies will help in promoting Florida products.
Some of the companies who have signed up to participate include Auburndale Fruit, DF Bakery, Fat Cat Gourmet Foods, Gelato Petrini, Jack Scalisi Wholesale Fruit & Produce, and Seminole Brand Development.
