For many, this time of year means it’s back to school for their children (or themselves). That also means it is time to pack those school lunches. Being creative by cutting sandwiches into fun shapes, being clever with the names of the foods (like “blues on a log” for peanut butter and celery topped with blueberries), or getting your children engaged in lunch prep can equal lunchtime success and happy days for your students.
Chef Justin offered some great tips for making lunchtime fun and flavorful, and they appeared in the Highlands Today edition of The Tampa Tribune.
