If ever a holiday was created for me, it’s National Chocolate Covered Anything Day! Today we are supposed to celebrate the joy of enrobing foods in chocolate, so who am I to buck tradition, Florida style, of course?! Seasonal Florida fruits are delicious covered in chocolate. The Florida Peanut Producers Association was established through a Federal Marketing Order in 1975 to promote, conduct research on and educate the public about Florida peanuts.
